Everyone's individual donor pages are still being updated if you want to keep track still. Team stats and the flat files are not working. EOC pulls these I believe so it sees no update/everyone with 0 points.

What I'm seeing:

1. the flat files for 3rd party stats have not changed since November 21 - Saturday 3 am PST
2. the individual and team points and # of WUs are updated in the Official stats system although some dates appear to be stuck as in 1. and other dates are current
3. when clicking on a team in the Official stats under Team Stats it doesn't show the usual list of team members
4. Client statistics blank

If anyone is seeing something different please post.

Dr. Pande has already written that they are looking into the problem. However there are limited resources over a weekend to do so. Already I have seen some services return that were down over the weekend, the summary files should also return in the near future.

At the end of the day, regardless of how important the statistics are to us on our end of things, it's not high on the importance scale as compared to the results. I'm glad to hear the issue is being worked on, but by no means do I want the science to suffer so I can gloat over my score.

Agreed, the science matters more than the stats system!
This user has stopped using F@H because it supports fake crap!

Thanks again for reporting this issue! We restarted fah-web, and the FAH website appears to be working again. Let us know if you encounter any other issues.

Confirmed - new user stats information available as of 11/23/15 - 2pm file (heading "Mon Nov 23 14:20:01 PST 2015")

Thanks for the halp :D .

Might want to consider some sort of automated recovery system for us OCD types that don't want to have to drive around to see how our remote systems are working

Run HFM and post the results somewhere ... like on a cloud drive.
