Project descriptions on fah-web.stanford.edu server

The project descriptions located at fah-web.stanford.edu/cgi-bin/fahproject.overusingIPswillbebanned are not working -- Instead the PHP code responsible for grabbing the data from the database is being returned to the client without being first executed. I suspect this is an issue with the server incorrectly identifying the ".overusingIPswillbebanned" file-type extension as not containing any executable PHP code. I'm interested in knowing about the project(s) that I'm potentially helping with.

There have been recurring problems on the fah-web server that handles project descriptions among other things. Probably some service needs to be restarted on this server, then the descriptions should be provided. I will notify the appropriate persons at PG about the problem.
