I think the problem may have just been resolved. My WUs jumped way up. Thanks all.

Fantastic. :D

I still can't reach 155.247.166.219 but 155.247.166.220 is now communicating on port 8080 again (but not on port 80). There still are a few things that need cleaning up, but any progress that has been made is a good thing.

I just had 105 WU credited on the last update so looks like at least some of these are coming through.

A follow-up: We've been working hard to fix this firewall issue -- sorry it took so long! From everyone's comments, it looks like the stat server is now able to communicate with our Folding@home work servers at Temple University, and participants are indeed receiving credit. The delay was a result of an ongoing security review by Temple's computer services; only after successfully passing internal security tests could we petition to install the firewall settings to allow the stats server to connect (whew!).

Thanks again to all those who reported and helped diagnose this issue. We sincerely appreciate all your efforts, and especially your patience!

Just got at EOC's 1200 update Tuesday 842,022 points from 141 WUs. Thanks to the persistence of the Temple U IT folks and the F@H lab.

I guess it's fixed. :eo

During this Subject's .220/.219 problem time frame my primary F@H account
https://folding.extremeoverclocking.com ... s=&u=33541
has had a second Tom_Johnson F@H account added erroneously starting the week of 11/12/17
https://folding.extremeoverclocking.com ... =&u=743220
splitting my total WU points between these two accounts.
Please delete the secondary account 743220 and add its WU points to my first primary 33541 account.
I did nothing on my end to create this second account.

If you look closely at the links you provided you'll see that the names are different:

Your main account is Tom_Johnson but the new one is Tom_Johhnson.

You may have made a typo when adding a new system or it's not you.

Either way points always stay where they are earned.

If you search by passkey are both names in the results? If so, you have a typo in one of your usernames.

The work is definitely not lost and we are very grateful for everyone's contributions.
We have completed a security assessment for our servers as of a few days to a week ago.
May I assume that since no one has posted here that the issue is still occurring?
I would like to get all due points awarded asap.

Tug27224, i got 911 WUs worth 1.7 million points the other day. Since then my daily average is back up, so I assume all is well.

The only guy still claiming missing points, changed his user name and forgot to change it back. User error happens to us all.
