EVGA is running a folding contest and this also is going to be stepping on our toes. My dual card rig is only hitting those two servers, regardless of what flags I'm attempting to use. . . .
There is no indication in your log of connection problems with the AS 171.67.108.45, not once is it showing a connection refused. However the WS it is assigning your system to is currently down, it shows up that way on the Server Status page. Its log page shows it has been down since about 11 AM PST, or 19:00Z as shown on the client and in log files.
Are your machines still being assigned to 171.67.108.157 for work? If so the AS is not switching like it should to a WS that is up. I can try to get someone to check the AS server in that case and get it to move on to a server that is up.

I have 62 GPU folding slots, and haven't received any new work for about an hour.

Did EVGA deign to tell the admins to lay on extra units?
The contest EVGA is running isn't going to matter when team Curecoin had 700 million PPD added. They were on target to hit 1.8 BILLION points today, from 1 billion on the 30th. It seems Stanford wasn't ready for the output of work units to literally double in one day.
I've found 5 users alone have added nearly 150m PPD between them, and a few of the established players have seen some 30-40m PPD jumps as well.
