flat files time change

The daily_team_summary.txt and daily_user_summary.txt flat files have changed the time zone being used from PDT to CDT. This started this morning 1:00 PDT. Is this intentional or is there a problem?

I believe this is a consequence of the folding site being moved from folding.sanford.edu to foldingathome.org. Stats were just moved overnight to
https://foldingathome.org/statistics/ and is being redirected there from the original stanford.edu addresses.

I found a bug in line 34830 of team file.
It's breaking the line in 2. Since this change it's coming like that, messing my scripts!
