Having this same problem across 4 computers. Sometimes reboot will work but sometimes not and another reboot required. Have had to reboot all 4 at least twice, and 2 of them 4 times.

After 7 reboots on 1 computer finally got all folding correctly. (At least for an hour or two)

Server status shows one of the main providers of GPU work is currently down, another was rebooted about 10 hours ago. Both appear to have had their server code updated. The one rebooted 10 hours ago is assigning over 4000 WU's an hour.

So at @5.26 MB per wu times 4000 = aprox 2,904,000 MB per hour. Is bandwidth becoming a problem?

Well somethings happening, server now shows an uptime of 20 minutes so they rebooted it. But this is whats happening now.

I've made the decision that 3 of my 4 computers will be turned off until this is fixed. Can't see them just sitting idle doing nothing but increasing my electric bill.

See that right now server 220 has been taken completely off line. So wonder why assignment server hasn't picked up on the fact?

Well guess it has. Just rebooted and it is trying to get a wu from 186. But no wu available for my gpu's.

I suspect part, if not most, of the problem could be some new teams that are completing a vast number of WUs and the servers may be struggling to keep up.

Hi, I'm new :)
After a few hours of investigation I decided to go to the roots of all intel, and found this place. Just wanted to say I've got the same issues as well, and can see that the 155.247.166.220 server is now listed as "Down" (it was "up" but recently rebooted about an hour ago, however never worked for me).

I'm guessing many people like me have joined FAH in the attempt to help out with COVID-19. This was suggested and shared on reddit: reddit[dot]com/r/pcmasterrace/comments/fhb5e4/coronavirus_specific_gpu_projects_are_now/

I'll keep my PC folding on CPU for now, but I'm hoping I'll be able to contribute my RTX 2080 Super to science within the next few days at least.

Waiting on 6 GPU slots from Work Server 155.247.166.220.

I just saw yesterday's WAN Show on YouTube and they were pushing people get back into folding. This current inability to get work units is going to be a nasty first experience for anyone trying to help. Just wondering if COVID-19 hysteria is shutting down the ability to use folding to help against COVID-19

There really needs to be a better way to round robin to healthy servers/ mirrors. It sits idle for 4 hrs before attempting to connect to the same problem server again. This is not how to do redundancy/failover. Please let us know if we (community) can help in any way.

When FAHClient reports your configuration, the server must find matching WUs needed
No WUs available for this configuration

We're having repeated incidents of having to replenish the supply of WUs on specific servers and I guess being overwhelmed with new Donors is a good thing. Right? :mrgreen: It can also be a problem with the configuration of your software/hardware but if you do get an assignment eventually, that's not the problem.

Yes, I am brand new to all this, so I thought it was just me. About two days ago I was stuck on 155.247.166.219 for about 24 hours, I think I had to restart the client to get off of it.
Today 3/22/2020 it has happened again.both CPU and GPU are stuck on (155.247.166.219), I am on attempt 14, after each attempt, the delay to the next attempt is longer, time to next attempt is 5 hours and 20 mins. This points to both a server and a client problem. I know you guys are working on a new client, this needs to be addressed in it The client needs to have a way of being assigned a new server after a reasonable time delay. Also, the client should be able to flag that server as maybe having problems with the server that hands out assignments. that way it can be put on a questionable server list.

Also on the on the server stats list
it looks strange, no public or beta jobs, no mention of what Project Types they are doing
