RGR.... I'll let it just keep mindlessly pinging the server. It's not like it's being reported as a "bad result" and affecting my ability to do other WUs.

Servers are bound to certain projects, largely because the project needs to get back to the right geographical location. This makes it undesirable and currently not possible for users to select alternatives -- the other servers would not know how to handle your work unit.
Since progressing a project requires units to be returned so that the next one can be generated, it is not in anyone's interests for either the server or the client to "lose" a work unit.
In this case though, the same server is accepting other WUs, simply not 11758 and one or two other WUs (think I've only seen 11753 mentioned besides 11758). That said, yes, I'm keeping my finished WU and hoping that it'll eventually get accepted (though all the stuck 11758s probably do add up to some unnecessary extra load on 213 & 214).

No, that definitely is not the case. The collection server 155.247.164.214 works normally with four of its work servers, but fails with three, one of which is 155.247.164.213. It would seem to me that the module owner, Professor Voelz' team, isn't sufficiently attentive, but I don't know how to get in touch with them.

They have been notified. Please understand they are extremely busy at the moment trying to expand the F@H project to keep all us volunteers busy with useful science. The battle is being fought on multiple fronts.

I am new to FoldingatHome, however used Boinc for several years. I have read the some justification for not using Boinc as the framework for Folding, and can accept that. But what I don't like is that project sending out heavy workloads and not follow up with at least some information when technical problems ocure. I quite well understand that servers or network problems does happen. It's the lack of information or contact information that sucks. This information could easily be presented at Foldings web page.

That's great to hear! I think everybody understands that the current situation puts a great deal of strain on the servers as well as researchers.

My previous theory of a reconfig/downtime during sunday orphaned these WUs seems to have been incorrect; a few hours ago I received another instance of WU 11758 from 213, which has completed successfully, but is not accepted by either 213 or 214. I now have two WU 11758 stuck, these are the only WUs that have had issues uploading of my 73 completed WUs (since Saturday, according to EOC stats).

Moderators here have been in contact with the people running the server, more than once. They are aware and working on it among the other issues.

I won't bother sending log details as they are reflected above. Just thought I'd flag that I'm another user having this problem. Specifically for a GPU WU completed on my 1080ti. to ...164.213 . File says uploading "55.24MiB" .. and fails each time.

I also have a WP that won´t send since three days.
It´s for Project 11756, Work/collection servers .213/.214

It would be helpful to get an update from someone who actually has oversight over these two servers. The server status page has clearly stated the exact nature of this error for a number of days, yet we've seen no indication that any attempt has been made to rectify it. This is a waste of valuable resources and goodwill.

As new user, where do I read about status of the server? A link would be very helpful. I have found https://apps.foldingathome.org/serverstats , but cannot find any status (or unable to understand it).
