I think you fixed the wrong problem. Either you have to block project WUs from being assigned to his client or he has to be able to upload the results to the WS and/or the CS.

@ TristanChen
Have you tried temporarily disabling your security software? Sometimes a firewall will prevent WUs from being uploaded. Your symptoms don't match other cases where that's what is wrong, but it's worth a try anyway ... if we can decide it's somehow related to your security software.

I think the intention was to just block me from receiving work from this work server, so that I will not longer have to upload to this forsaken collection server...

Now up to an incredible 10 completed/stuck work units on just the desktop that I'm working on... That's 1 out of 8 machines running...:

If I can offer some more information:
1) I'm only seeing this issue with 140.163.4.210 and 140.163.4.200, and only for uploads. I'm downloading just fine from them. I'm also having zero issues uploading to all other work servers.
2) When I use VPN to tunnel into the US on my machines, it appears to resolve the issue and the uploads complete as usual.

My Username is: TristanChen_ALL_1HA2P5ZRpCDcJpM8vhmJMjCKXoxzbZnvzC (https://folding.extremeoverclocking.com ... =&u=724183)

Is it possible to check whether that server has a firewall or rule that blocks uploads from Saudi Arabia? That's where I'm based.

It could be that KSA is on somebody's terrorist list. FAH doesn't manage such lists and somebody else will have to speak for mskcc.org. Sometime things like that get included with whatever DNS they're using and they may not even know that it's blocked. There are exactly two servers listed at mskcc.org and you've reported problems with both of them.
