Calling it an Assignment Server doesn't really clarify it's function.

You're looking for a new assignment (i.e.-WU) but thaat's not the kind of assignments it gives out (nor does it accept returned assignments. It's actual function is to reAssign your request to a suitable Work Server.

Unfortunately it's far too late to change it's name to (maybe something like) RS.
