It will be down temporarily for a second period since I am transferring data and doing maintenance.

Server 171.65.103.160 will be up for a little period to get some WUs from the Collection Server and avoid delays but will go back into maintenance for a third period. Hopefully tomorrow Dec 17 will be back online permanently.
