Can't upload results to 171.65.103.100 for over 38 hours

Work unit completed Tuesday at 12:30 PM ET for Project 3859. Collection server 171.65.103.100 is pingable from my side, but work server 128.59.74.4 is not. 21 attempts to upload the WU have failed. Am running Kaspersky Internet Security 7 but have had no problems with uploading other WUs in the past; am aware of no recent program updates that would make significant changes in the firewall to block access.

Log file entries shown for upload attempts all look similar to this:

As I've said elsewhere, the appropriate members of the Pande Group know about the problems and there's nothing that can be done except wait. Please read the discussions that toTOW pointed to.
