i've deleted, restarted computer, restarted the program, reinstalled, and it keeps pulling the same thing. lame.

Others have had trouble with this WU so I've reported the WU (P6099,R0,C46,G82) as a bad WU. Note that the list of reported WUs are stopped daily at 8am pacific time.
