100% Load on I7-960, Zero steps completed in over 3 hours after I first picked it up. Stopped client, deleted work folder, rebooted machine. Picked up the same WU and after several "client-core communications" errors, it started to run again...second attempt has been running 25 minutes with zero steps complete (typically around 9 minute TPF for this project)

I seemed to have same issue as you..eventually it picks it up and odes it - after crashing the core a bunch of times

There's no record of Project: 6098 (Run 2, Clone 81, Gen 79) being returned by anyone yet. Presumably Gen 79 was created directly from Gen 78, which was entered into logs at: 2012-03-17 01:02:42 so Gen 79 has been kicking around for a few days and the timeout is 7.7 days.
