Hello ju&ges. Thanks for reporting this. I will mark that WU for follow-up.

I can't really give any insight as to why that error occurred. Here are a couple of fairly recent cases like yours:

In both those instances, someone else was able to complete the WU successfully.

In followup, I just want to let you know this WU was successfully completed by another donor.
