Points/ QRB not being credited

[The_Protocol]

The client log reports everything as normal yet even after submitting two 5.2k (QRB) units my points only raised by about 700 or so.

This has been occuring since about 36 hours ago and would much appreciate the issue being resolved. The work units not crediting are 7903 as far as I can tell.

Nope no passkey, left that blank.

Running V7 in Lubuntu 11.10 x64.

Also I have a few other WUs that were not credited, not just this one quoted. If possible could someone check my last 48 hours of submissions/ uploads and make sure the full QRB for time of upload since download to my machine has been credited - I'd be grateful.

Others have reported the same loss of QRB acknowledgement, you may wish to scan for units that have awarded donors base points only or no points whatsoever.

You can't earn bonus points without a passkey. Here's the page to request one. Note that you have to complete 10 bonus-eligible WUs to qualify for any bonuses, though you won't be retroactively credited with bonus points for any WUs done before you qualified. If you're running V7 and wondering why it's telling you you're supposed to be earning more, it doesn't actually check to see if you have a passkey or if it's eligible, it just assumes that you're earning the bonus.

Also I have a few other WUs that were not credited, not just this one quoted. If possible could someone check my last 48 hours of submissions/ uploads and make sure the full QRB for time of upload since download to my machine has been credited - I'd be grateful.

The mods can access your most recently credited WU, or the details of a WU if they have the PRCG numbers, but they can't specifically access someone's history beyond that most recent WU.

Do those people have passkeys? Have they completed the 10 bonus-eligible WU minimum? Have they failed any WUs? In order to remain bonus-eligible you have to stay above an 80% successful completion percentage on bonus-eligible WUs.

Ah I think I know why this is now. I kept getting really low PPD with SMP so I switched to unicore and now I may have ran out of SMPs to qualify - though I thought I would have had enough for this not to have mattered.

There's no time period requirement on bonus qualification; you could stop folding for a year and pick right back up earning bonuses as long as you used the same username and qualified passkey. Also, at this point most of the unicore projects are bonus-eligible.

Unicore WUs are a mixture of bonus qualified and non-bonus qualified. If you ARE NOT not using a passkey, neither one will change your QRB eligibility. If you ARE using
a passkey, the ones which use FahCore_a4 and which have a non-zero K-FACTOR in the project summary will either improve your qualifications (if completed before they expire) or will reduce your qualifications (if not successfully completed promptly). All SMP WUs count. All GPU WUs do not count. These statements have been true for a while but may change at sometime in the future.
