I'm not sure what happened. This WU has been returned twice, once with an error report (presumably by you) and once by someone else who completed it successfully.

Thank you for your feedback. Does it make sense to report such errors here? Or is Stanford able to find out partially or complete failed WUs automatically, so that they can take really bad WUs out of distribution?

The V7 beta does a better job of reporting errors than earlier clients, but still does not successfully report them all. There are many types of failures that V7 and V6 clients do not turn in to the servers, so reports here are the only way for PG to be informed of them. So, keep reporting is what I would recommend. Do take a look through the postings to see if there is already a report, yours can be added to an existing one.
