Frame times are extremely slow on this specific project for me, and wondering if anyone else has experienced the same on p7005 run-0 clone-41 generation-68???

Other 600 point WU's including my two previous 7005 WU's have folded many times faster.
7005 R3, C243, G16 completed 10/with an average frame time of 1min 46sec
7005 R0, C62, G20 completed with an average frame time of 2min 2sec
This one will complete with an average frame time of close to 7minutes.

HFM monitoring & Core Temp were the only two programs running in the background. Here's a screenshot of the processes running, sorted by the amount of time each has used CPU.
Image

System Idle is on there because I paused all folding while troubleshooting, nothing significant showing up that would take away from folding. None the less, I shut HFM down for half an hour to see if that was the culprit with no change in WU performance. I also shut down the GPU folding, againwith no improvements.

I've also noticed that core temperatures have dropped from an average of 56C on other work units to an average of 46C for this work unit, Core Temp shows 100% continuous CPU utilization on all 6 cores, Windows Task Manager Performance Tab shows 100% continuous thread utilization on all 12 threads, so it's not a utilization issue.

System Specs:
Corsair 550D Case with three 120mm fans, and three 140mm fans
ASRock X79 Extreme9 motherboard with latest drivers & BIOS
Intel Core i7-3930K 6-core CPU at stock 3.2GHz
Corsair H100 CPU cooler with two 120mm fans and two 140mm fans in push/pull configuration (10 fans total in this case)
Two Vertex 4 128GB SSD's in RAID-0 on the Intel SATA III Controller
Two Western Digital 1TB SATA III HDD's on Marvel SATA III Controller
14x LG Blu-Ray burner on Intel SATA II controller port 5
24x Lite-On DVD burner on Intel SATA II controller port 6
PC Power & Cooling Silencer Mk-II 750 Watt Power Supply
16GB (4x4GB) Patriot Viper Extreme Division II DDR3-2133 RAM @ DDR3-1866 9,11,9,27
Gigabyte GTX460 1GB video card with 256bit memory controller
Windows 7 Professional 64bit w/all available updates installed
FAH version 7.1.52

I don't have any explanation for the slow frame times. Make sure that task manager has the show processes from all users checked (lower left). A second possibility is that the CPU has down-clocked because of power settings. I think I would also reboot the machine and then check the BIOS clock rates to make sure the BIOS hasn't reset them to a very low level.

As to the WU being bad, is there any other symptom other than slow frame times? The log does not indicate any problem.

Already did all of that & then some... No down-clocking, Core Temp & CPUz both show CPU stead at 3.2GHz, & Hardware Monitor shows no drop in vCore has been steady at 1.12V since the computer rebooted, including through the current work unit. AIDA64, & Cinebench benchmarks along with Blu-Ray encoding speeds are all un-affected so it's most likely not the system. IMO, it's definitely this one Work Unit, picked up a 7027 after it finished which is currently averaging 1min 54sec per frame.
