Now I am up and running again there is a difference between my User Statistics WU = 111 and the FOLDING@HOME Display which now says that the
NUMBER of UNITS COMPLETED = 79?
USER STATS don't match WU Completed

If you have run the program on another machine, or otherwise done some kind of reinstall which would make yours forget its figure, your own computer might not remember your full count. The number listed on the official site is a total of all machines/installs over the years.

Part of the explaination could be EUEs
When you get an EUE, your local WU count is not incremented, but the stats count is.
