Work unit was folding for over a day on my laptop GPU and it failed at 63%. It appears it caused the next downloaded unit to fail as well.

EDIT: changed failure percentage to 63%, after closer reading in the log the cpu was the one at 84%.

Your WU (P9401 R1202 C0 G21) was added to the stats database on 2014-03-18 22:03:06 for 8840 points of credit.

Another folder was able to complete the work unit successfully.

Because the GPU slot does require the use a thread you may have better luck if you change your CPU slot to use only 6 of your 8 available threads. Using 7 could be problematic with some projects and really doesn't gain a lot over using 6. You can do that using Advanced Control (aka FAHControl) and clicking on Configure, Slots, cpu, Edit and changing the number of CPUs from -1 to 6. Click on OK and then Save.

Also, since you're running both your GPU and CPU on a laptop you should monitor your temperatures. They may be reaching some limit that can be causing problems too.

The failure of one WU does not cause the failure of the next WU. Each WU downloads into its own directory so the two failures are not related. They may have a common cause, such as the use of 7 cores or some hardware problem.
