10496 is poping up alot for me on my 1080, so I guess the assignment weight is not 0 anymore.
PPDs are usually down to 650k, so pretty much 10-15% lower than other WUs, no rebench done I guess?

I think it depends on the RCG; on 149, 6, 33 (with a TPF of ~2 mins 02 secs) and 146, 14, 43 (with a TPF of ~2 mins 08 secs) I am seeing the same, but on 115, 13, 90 (with a TPF of ~1 mins 46 secs) it's only cutting down to ~765k. Currently running all of those RCGs @ about 40-82% finished.

GPU cannot be specified/ Like other hardware characteristics, it's detected by the client and listed in the first 100 lines of the log.

FAHClient is designed to pick WUs that can run on your system, not on what would run on some fantastic system you'd like to have. IMHO, the client doesn't do a very good job of providing the servers with enough information to properly discriminate between a slow and a fast GPU, plus even if the client's information gathering code was improved, the server code isn't built to use that additional information efficiently.
