I see two returned WUs, one with an error and one that was completed successfully.

Neither use the name "Steve Willis." The one with the error was added to the stats database on 2017-02-27 04:06:14 PST which does make some sense. If that happens to be yours, it probably means that your GPU is marginally unstable.

Yes, I changed my folding name but never created a new account here to match. See my sig.

What NVidia driver version are you using?

And I did reduce the amount of overclock just in case that was a factor.

It seems to me that it's a bug, or at least an oversight that, for example,
11:30:33:WU05:FS00:0x21:ERROR:exception: Error invoking kernel findBlocksWithInteractions: clEnqueueNDRangeKernel (-4)
and
10:31:55:WU05:FS01:0x21:Bad State detected... attempting to resume from last good checkpoint. Is your system overclocked?
don't display when you check the "Warnings and Errors" box of the Log tab.

Post your log for that WU plus the first couple of pages.

Did it resume work and proceed past the point of the error or did it fail again at the same point?

All instances, and there were many, of the first example continued on successfully but it would have been useful if they had shown up as a warning when checking the warnings and errors box. It prompted me to reduce the overclock on those GPUs but I just accidentally came across them when looking for something else.
When I became aware I reduced the overclock on all of the GPUs getting it. I haven't gotten any since. Typically I only look at the log with the warnings and errors box checked. Too tedious to search through the complete log on a routine basis.

The second example resulted in a Bad Work Unit which did show up with Warnings and Errors checked

I'm not getting any of these now but just think they should show up on the log tab with warnings and errors checked. Especially since there isn't a search function available for the complete log. I have to go to the log.txt file and do a search which is fairly inconvenient.

Presumably the message: 11:32:35:WARNING:WU05:FS00:FahCore returned: BAD_WORK_UNIT (114 = 0x72) does show with the Warnings & Errors filter applied if that WU is dumped.
