I am not sure what username you fold under but checking the WU … https://apps.foldingathome.org/wu#proje ... 044&gen=21 it appears at the first two folders had issues with that WU but the final one has managed to complete it OK

Thanks, yes, I am one of the 1st two folders My computer should be 100% stable and that's the 1st error I've seen in a while. So I wonder how to see what exactly happened so that the core crashed...? I checked the FAHClient\logs log files and can't find more details. I've bumped verbosity to 5 now, but I'm not sure whether that offers debug info on core crashes.

Verbosity 5 generally just gets in the way - For troubleshooting it really needs to be at 3 … you may find one of the other files in Work directory holds this type of info but I wouldn't know which one.
