should I report on 13409?

Postby Knish » Wed Jun 17, 2020 3:23 pm

found another error in my logs on 13409, 141 60 0 ... e=60&gen=0

however, i noticed in the active projects
that 13409 is not listed anymore. Should I only post my logs to report errors if the project is listed?

The reports from that project are reaching the project owner whether you report them or not. Projects 134xx are being watched with particular interest by the project owner.

We receive all the error logs if the WU result is successfully uploaded back to our servers, and regularly run statistical analyses to understand the nature of failures to continue to make improvements to our science cores to reduce these failure rates.

If you encounter an issue with a WU that _doesn't_ get uploaded back to the servers for some reason, we'd always love to hear about that! But otherwise we do receive and analyze all those failures. It's just a matter of making steady, continual improvements from there.

Thanks so much for helping us out!
