Don't worry too much about the lost WU - when the WU reaches the "Timeout" time, the work server will re-issue the WU to a new folder. You might want to check that your machine is stable though, by running something like "stress" to test the stability of your system.

If you're not being issued work units, that could happen if the servers have little work to issue, but according to the server status (https://apps.foldingathome.org/serverstats) there are lots of GPU and CPU WUs available right now.
