Project: 2621 (Run 22, Clone 55, Gen 17) Bad WU

This unit generated an Unknown Error and then terminated the core and the client. When I re-started the client, it tried to start the same unit again, apparently without downloading or uploading anything. I had to manually delete the WU to get a new one. I noticed that the original download for this unit was only ~400kB instead if the ~3.6MB I usually see with p2621.
