Project 10433

Project 10433 simulates the NTL9 protein in explicit tip3p water at 300K and 1atm of pressure. We're bootstrapping these simulations from our implicit solvent GPU simulations (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gFcp2Xpd29I).
