Projects p6888 and p6890 [Classic] on adv

Hi,

Projects 6888 and 6890 will soon be added for adv tests.

These are classic gromacs jobs.
p6888 is the second-stage configuration sampling of a single full-length amyloid beta (Abeta) mutant in water.
P6890 is our attempt on simulating oligomerization of the full-length Amyloid beta peptides.

Points and deadlines info:
project 6888: 69 points, preferred deadline 14 days, final deadline 21 days
project 6890: 75 points, preferred deadline 16 days, final deadline 23 days
