password recovery error

when i tried to do a password recovery with my correct username and email address,
NO new password was sent.
NO new password was sent.
The password should be sent to the email address that you have in your forum profile.
There have been reports that the email sometimes ends up in the spam folder. If you're using a webmail address like gmail you would have to check it online via your web browser since spam does not usually get downloaded to a local email client.
