Need info changed on team page

I'm part of Team 47797, the official folding at home team of the website Uncyclopedia. (I am also an administrator of that site and can verify such.) The web address on my team's stats page needs to be changed to our new web address (dot co instead of dot org). Unfortunately, my team was created several years ago and the person who created it is no longer affiliated with the team or the website. How do I about getting this information changed? Thanks.
