I sent my first reply to a PM, only it seems to be sitting there in the outbox. I click on the Sent and there's nothing.

what am i missing?

I am not sure why but this is normal. PM messages routinely sit in the outbox for several hours before showing as being sent.

PM's will sit in the outbox until read by the recipient. They get moved to Sent once they have been read by at least one person if there are more than one person the PM was sent to.
