Have you tried some proxy sites ? (I'm thinking about http://www.naviguer.ca/ for example, but I think there are many other sites like that)

Yes.. I'm logging on right now through http://www.tntproxy.com and it's working. It would be nicer to access sans proxy but for the time being, it will do ')

At least you can come here until your ISP fixes the issue.

Actually the problem is NOT Rogers to fix; it is other end where the issue is... Note that all of us can get as far as dr02.ord02.singlehop.net but die at that point...

Not being able to traceroute to a given internet address is not necessarily indicative of a problem with the connection.

I can't get a full traceroute from my home location in the UK, or from my web server in the US either, but both connect just fine:

UK:

Actually, it could be caused by Rogers since it's possible they are injecting something in the packets which cause issues with singlehop or after. The hop could also be filtering some IP ranges due to previous attacks which originated from Rogers network on behalf of someone else.

I log in via Tor.

Oddly, Its only been since the forum moved 2 weeks ago, so either rogers has a ban, or singlehop does.

I have the same issue from home via AT&T in San Jose, CA. I can proxy from other places and get in, including work, but I can't access directly.

I can PING/TRACERT to the vast majority of the SINGLEHOP.NET address range where SITEGROUND.COM resides. Only a handful of addresses nominally used by the SITEGROUND.COM hosting service are blocked (including the name server which also hosts FOLDINGFORUM.ORG). Other SITEGROUND.COM addresses are not blocked.

So did I and true to form they still haven't responded in over 2 days. The response from SITEGROUND.COM wasn't worth the time to read it. Their basic position is Stanford has to log in and submit a trouble ticket with the support department.

I can also confirm that I cannot access the site and my connection times out at the singlehop server just like the others. I am with Rogers and I have an open ticket that they have not responsed to. Other users on my forum who are also with Rogers also cannot access the site.

I've opened a supported ticket about this with our hosting provider, so hopefully we can get this resolved asap.
