Fs peptide:
project 3445: 251 points, timeout 3 days, deadline 6 days
project 3446: 255 points, timeout 3 days, deadline 6 days

proG peptide:
project 3447: 244 points, timeout 3 days, deadline 6 days
project 3448: 247 points, timeout 3 days, deadline 6 days

Ubq peptide:
project 3449: 255 points, timeout 3 days, deadline 6 days
project 3450: 257 points, timeout 3 days, deadline 6 days

Each WU should complete in about 6.5 hours.

Thanks again for all your work and continued dedication to the Folding@Home project.

Yup. The 6.5 hour estimate is from our benchmark runs. Your results may vary slightly, depending on: 1) the specific system you are simulating (we're testing several different forcefields in these projects, which could yield slight differences in runtime), and 2) any additional computational load or upload/download lag on your specific machine.

I might add: These projects are proceeding quite nicely and are giving us some great scientific insights.

Thanks again,
Vince

there also seems to be a noticable difference with the screensaver. if its been running for a long time, the processor has figured out time remaining, and i make my daily check that everything is ok not stuck on a downed server, etc, when i move it around to wake it up from screen saver, the time sticks and jumps around trying to figure out the new figure with the visualizations etc running

I've seen an uninterrupted string of 27 ~250 point WUs over the last 7 days. Assuming they are all from this project family, that works out to 6.2 hours/WU, for me. (PS3 folding constantly.)

ps Thanks, vvoelz, for the positive feedback.

You many be seeing some new projects for the PS3 being released today:
http://fah-web.stanford.edu/cgi-bin/fahproject?p=3459

These are more variations on projects 3445-3450 and 3451-3458, and like before, each WU should complete in about 6.5 hours. We continue to get really great data from these WUs, so keep up the good work!

Fs peptide (10/ps and 91/ps viscosity)
project 3459: 251 points, timeout 3 days, deadline 6 days
project 3460: 255 points, timeout 3 days, deadline 6 days

proG peptide (10/ps and 91/ps viscosity)
project 3461: 244 points, timeout 3 days, deadline 6 days
project 3462: 247 points, timeout 3 days, deadline 6 days

Ubq peptide (10/ps and 91/ps viscosity)
project 3463: 255 points, timeout 3 days, deadline 6 days
project 3464: 257 points, timeout 3 days, deadline 6 days

It's been three years and these projects are still running, are they progressing well? I don't mind folding these WU's for several years, just curious :)
