GTX 660 TI how hard can I overclock it?

Post by GPU timpster »

I've got the ASUS 660 TI with the heat pipes and 3GB of GDDR5 and the boost is set at 1165 MHz, I'd like to know if I can go further without crashing the work units or the system.

So far I'm up to 1185 Mhz on the boost clock!

VRAM frequency by default. This is not the forum for overclocking.

Newer GPU folding cores are known to be less tolerant of overclocking -- the core already pushes the GPU quite hard and overclocking will often induce errors. If you try it, monitor your logs for problems and back off if the number of errors increases.
