fan in place now https://www.amazon.com/Intel-E97379-001 ... B00OVAN35E. At 75 intake air, speccy cpu 73C.

That I should consider?

This machine had a 60 cfm, rear upper exhaust fan, no front fan, no side fan.

Added 60 cfm front lower suction fan. 60 cfm in 60 cfm out. Top cpu temp. 73 deg. C

addded 60 cfm side mounted fan 120 cfm out, 60 cfm in. Routinely see 75 - 76

Un plugged side fan. CPU routinely 72 -73.

To make room for the side fan, removed 80 nm "flange & pipe. When flange & pipe end, just above 'cpu' off center approx 10 nm from CPU.

With 120cfm exiting negative air psig, I was surprised to see cpu temps increase. also has evga gtx 750 ti. Flange & pipe equal chimney.

Your side fan should blow in. CPU temps 72-76 °C under load looks good

You should look for both positive pressure (more intake than exhaust CFM) as well as clear air paths. Don't forget PSU and GPU fans, if applicable.

Positive pressure will prevent the exhaust fans from sucking in unfiltered air. Make sure you have air filters on your intake fans.

Assuming your CPU is near the exhaust fan, a tower-type CPU cooler that points directly at the exhaust fan will help direct the air flow, instead of having undirected, turbulent air flow throughout the case. I like the Noctuas, but there are many others available.

After assuring positive pressure, assure a clear path for hot GPU cooler exhaust by putting in a slotted backplane cover adjacent to the GPU slot. Unfortunately, most GPUs do NOT actually exhaust hot air through the backplanes of the GPU card, even though they are slotted. If you look carefully, you will likely find that the direction of the cooling vanes on the GPU will block direct airflow within the cooler cover.

Undirected turbulent air = warm. Directed chimney 'channels air away, from cpu to exhaust. Cooler temp. from speccy. More air 'cfm' in than out, filtered. 92nm fan can get very noisy at higher cfm(s). Replace top rear exhaust fan 50 CFM or less.
I thought about, making a 92nm template, on the top, of the box, for 'top exhaust air vent'....

slotted backplane cover, near EVGA 750 ti? GPU exhaust? Cutting a hole in the top of a case is troublesome, without removing the MB.

You may consider getting a new case.

92mm fans are not ideal for moving a lot of air, quietly. A good 120mm fan could move that 60CFM (or a bit more) at 17.8 dB(a), which is barely audible. I have 3 Noctuas (2 intake, 1 exhaust) running full bore near my feet, and can barely hear them.

Backplane covers are the metal strips you take out of the backplane of the case to insert the PCIe cards. Most are solid steel or aluminum, but you can find them with ventilation slots cut through. Check the back of the 750 card when running. Can you feel air exhaust through the slots next to the cable connectors? If not, the cooler simply exhausts hot air into the case, and you need to give it a nearby exit. You could also simply remove the backplane cover that is adjacent to the card slot.

I like the idea of larger fan(s), moves more air at a lower shaft rpm, resulting in cfm movement & quieter. 92 > 120 Fans will require case modifications, a second intake fan seems out of the realm.
