PLS HELP Titan Xp Low PPD

I just bought a Titan Xp expecting to get those ~1700k PPD posted on the Folding Coin Profit Calculator but im getting the same PPD that i get with my 1080 ti, sometimes even less. don't know what to do.
I have the two GPUs on a ASRock z370 Gaming K6, I7-8700k CPU and a 1000 watts PSU

As always, in every single thread, logs would allow us not to make a random stab in the dark.
Have you uninstalled F@H and reinstalled it since you made hardware changes? The initialization code does a far better job of detecting hardware then just making a new slot. (You did make a new slot, right?)
If you have uninstalled and reinstalled, please send us the first 100 lines of your log, so we can tell what is astray.
That motherboard supports one slot at 16x or two at 8x, have you set it for two at 8x?

I didn't reinstalled the F@H nor changed the slots to two at 8x. I'll do it and then i'll send the log, thanks in advanced

I DIDNT FIND HOW TO CHANGE THE SLOT from 16x to 8x THE ONLY THING I CHANGED WAS THE PCIE link speed from auto to gen3

You can set the speed of the PCIE slots, i <b>THINK</b> this is correct
You do not start using either GPU in your log.
The manual assumes you have the GPUs in slots 2 and 4

PCIe slot speed gets auto set by motherboard pcie gen3 x8 is good enough. Yes Titan Xp should match a gtx 1080Ti. You are on Windows where the PPD is lower than on Linux. I did not see work units with ~1700k PPD recently.

BigAdv no longer exists, et never existed for GPUs ... you can remove those settings for your slots, they are useless.
About your PPD issue, since you're running both a 1080 Ti and the Titan Xp, are you sure that you're looking at the right slot ? I don't know what tool you're using to get PPD, but it might require a couple of % to adapt to the new PPD and to produce a correct display ...

First of all Thanks everyone for the help!
I have other questions, why there’s no big work units anymore? Isn’t this what encourage people to have better folding pcs? Cuz now I have just spent money in expensive hardware capable of of doing more and it’s capacity is being wasted with smaller work units.

Bigadv was an experiment in assigning very large WU's to systems with many CPU cores. Initially the requirement was for systems with at least 8 CPU cores, that was later raised to 16 and then 24 cores. There also was an increased bonus for CPU projects whose WU's were part of this. The bigadv experiment was ended in January 2015.
With the improvements in GPU folding since the 2014 announcement of bigadv ending, large WU's are being created and processed on GPU's. Some are big enough that you need to opt into them by using the max-packet-size setting of big. That is entirely separate from the no longer used bigadv setting.

The QRB (Quick Return Bonus) provides a significant increase in points for folks who run state-of-the-art hardware. As long as you have a passkey, have completed at least 10 WUs and you maintain a reasonably low failure rate, you will earn a VERY significant bonus -- which increases when you complete assignments promptly.
If you don't use a passkey, you're missing the boat.
In a recent wu, (P11720 R0 C321 G26) was added to the stats database on Sun Sep 02 14:59:50 CDT 2018 for 60070 points of credit That represents a SIZEABLE reward for your hardware. Witnout the bonus (or if you had not run it as rapidly as you did) you could have earned the baseline points of 4879.

I don't know how much you paid for Titan Xp but maybe exchange it for a cheaper gtx 1080 Ti? Or wait for the first benchmarks of rtx 2080 Ti released soon. Maybe this is a more accurate list of GPU's folding power
