I have an Nvidia Shield (2017).
Given that's it's probably my best machine in the house, GPU-wise, is there any way I could use it for Folding@Home?

Folding@Home doesn't support ARM CPU architecture. Only x64-64 based systems are supported on Windows/Linux/OSX.
