Supported GPU but unsupported because of name

I use the computer MSI GF53 8RD and in the advertising they showed that they added the GPU with a Max Q Design, since the name is different the app thinks the GPU is unsupported . Is it possible to make it work or does the Max Q Design make it incompatible? (I hope not)

Can you please post your log file. Ensure that you have copied the System configuration which is present at the start of the log file: viewtopic.php?f=38&t=26036

Also, for your GPU, can you please post pictures of GPU-Z so we can identify if the Device ID is whitelisted or not.

I would suggest that you:
Manually download the GPUs.txt file from here: https://apps.foldingathome.org/GPUs.txt (right-click save as GPUs.txt)
Exit the client
Copy the GPUs.txt file from the Downloads folder to %AppData%\FAHClient
Reboot your system
Start up the client and ensure that you can see your GPU in the log file
Add a GPU slot from FAHControl -> Configure -> Slots tab -> Add -> GPU -> OK -> Save

I think it isnt working since the client actually supports it, but the Folding@Home Servers dont have any WU's assigned for this "new" GPU so it is staying idle.

There are currently more requests for GPU work assignments than the servers can fill. So it can take a bit of waiting to get a WU, but eventually your GPU should get one.
