PC retired mid-fold

Postby diffy » Tue May 04, 2010 5:15 pm

This PC is coming off-line, but is 4% through a fold. The deadline is a long ways off, so I'd like to report now that it won't be completed.
If there is a better way to report this, please tell me.
Thanks!

There is no need to report it. After deadline it will be reissued and that is it. No one will manually flag it for reissuing.

Copy the whole fah folder to a new PC, and finish it over there. That's the better option. :)

OK, I'll try to save it, maybe it will get restarted before the deadline.
If not, it will be re-issued in June.

Thanks to you both ;)

You can do this in this case because the server for p2613 is of the "older" version, which still allows very flexible sneakernetting.
With the "new" server code, a WU must be sent back from the same computer from which it was downloaded and I think it must also have the same username.
