Running as client, how do I stop it?

Postby proliance » Wed Nov 23, 2011 1:28 am

OK,so here is a very basic question. I was able to get Ubuntu 11.10 installed and am running client 6.34. I have to say I'm very tickled because I find Linux very intimidating.

Now that its running, what is the command to safely quit?

Are you running the client as a service, or is it running in the foreground in a terminal window?

With the terminal selected, press Ctrl+c.

Thanks, Zagen30. I have a new folding rig and I've never overclocked, watercooled or run Linux before. Eventually I'll get to a point where I can stop making adjustments.
