Postby opti2k4 » Mon Aug 01, 2011 3:16 pm

I have laptop with old Nvidia NV320M GPU, windows 7 x64, c2d T7500 and 4GB ram. During folding computer is slow, scrolling web pages is also slow etc... Is it possibile to limit the GPU usage to 90% so i don't have this lagg?

Most Laptop GPUs have limited capabilities and may be unsuitable for folding, but you're certainly welcome to find a balance which works for you (if there is one). With FahCore_11 (and perhaps with other GPU cores) you can set the Environment Variable FAH_GPU_IDLE to 10 (i.e.- use 90%) and see what happens.
