Did you use the 266.xx drivers again on Win 7?

Yes, I used the 266.xx drivers but that still didn't work. I now am using the recommended 258.96 drivers with the same results. I noticed that the projects start fine with me logged in but if I switch users, mdrun_gpu is returned on all of the WUs after the current one. The current WU has no errors.

Does this only happen when you switch users? That's a known problem for the way Microsoft assigns work to GPUs.

Windows has had a variety of security issues with how GPUs are made available to processes like FAH. They now prohibit GPU folding in batch. The same sort of problems turn up if you switch users. The FahCore is a user-process sending/receiving data to/from the GPU. When you switch users, the GPUs are reset since whatever they were doing for the desktop no longer applies . . . and FAH fails.

I don't have enough time to let multiple WUs finish as this is a multi-user computer. However, the all of the WU in the queue fails but the current one finishes.

FAH can't fix this problem. Microsoft has made Folding with a GPU nearly impossible on a multi-user computer. You may have to limit yourself to the SMP/Uni clients (or slots) or limit the use of the GPU to overnight, where a single user can stay logged on for long enough to finish one or more WUs.

Having the client dump a bunch of WUs is not good for FAH, nor is it in your own best interests.

I've made time to let the gpu fold without being interrupted and so far it's okay.
