Athlon 64 X2 (3600+) + 8800gts 640MB getting 2962.29 on p5903. (XP that's slow as hell!) That'll change this summer though...

using 182.50 on 8800gts 640 (576 core, 1333 shader, 900 mem) and getting ~3000 ppd on 5778.

How do my PPD numbers look?

I have a pair of GTX 295 clocked at 691.20/1476.00/999.00 according to RivaTuner v2.24 with fans at 100% and temps around 65-70. I also use eVGA Precision to overclock and their voltage tuner to 1.188v. I use drive 182.08

I also have a pair of 9800GTX+ under Ubuntu Linux 8.04.1 at stock speeds and driver 180.22

Hello: I have a question that I can't find in search (probably not wording search correctly).I see in chart core 1.08,1.15 1.06 etc.I have GPU 6.23 and wanted to know how you get these different numbers?Are they automatically assigned by server with work download?I'm sure this is a simple question but don't really have a clue.Thanks in advance. :?:

Cores are downloaded automatically, but I think only upgrades. Downgrades are not automatic, nor required. Best not to try and change them.

I believe the cores are downloaded only as necessary. So if a WU calls for a certain core, and you do not have it, it downloads it.

Just running a test with SMP and Dual-GPU client: 370 watts for ~12.000 PPD: 32 PPD/W. In spite of your lower ratio, i think you have a very good cruncher with low temperatures, a big advantage in these days of foretaste of summer.

Well, for project 2653 my E7300 based smp client achieves a PPD of 16xx.
Which yields a better PPD/watt of 26.2...

However the 2665 WUs really are hard on my E7300 and bring the PPD down quite a bit to 11xx.

Also, when my GPU crunches WUs with 353 credits, its PPD goes to about 17xx.
The 511 credit WUs really tax my 9500GT to about 1000 PPD or less.

In addition, my system has only a single 120 mm cooling fan however, the system temperature is stable at about 50C. The CPU is stable at 50C with stock cooling.

I am in a hot climate region so heat generated by my system and the consequent cooling costs are very important for me.

I had posted the above numbers to share the CPU and GPU capabilities for folding to anyone interested in comparing or estimating their PPD for similar hardware.
