Computer becomes VERY Sluggish at end of GPU WU

If you think it might be a driver problem, see viewforum.php?f=79

When I am running my 460 it starts getting sluggish after about 5% the computer is still usable just sluggish, I think it is a driver problem but I have not had a chance to check it out yet. I did not notice the problem until I updated the drivers, that does not mean it was not there it just means I did not notice it.

So for you, the part of the title that says "...at end of GPU WU" doesn't apply. That was my question. Anybody else?

New mother-board installed, lets see if the problem go away. Bruce: From what I can tell it seems to happen when it sends the completed WU back. In the process it causes a very heavy workload on the HD that FAH is installed on and pegs network traffic for a few seconds.
System Specs: GIGABYTE 990FXA-UD3; AMD Phenom II x6 1090T; 8GB Corsair Dominator CMD8GX3M4A1333C7; XFX HD-6950-CNFC 2G

FAH does not limit it's upload speed. It turns the data over to your OS and from there it's between your OS, your modem, and your ISP, so pegging the network traffic is possible, depending on how your OS manages the bandwidth. If that's important to you, you might want to installing some kind of network management software that prioritizes requests from FAH and from your browser or whatever else wants to share your bandwidth. A motherboard will not change this issue.
