No bonus despite having completed >10 WUs, what gives ?

Post by plieur@maison »

Hello,

According to statsclassic_foldingathome_org I have completed 885 WU.

However, when I checked apps_foldingathome_org/bonus with both my username and passkey, it appears that I don't receive any bonus (the page returns "Bonus Active : False").

The passkey is the same on both Web Control and Advanced Control (v7.6.21 on Windows).

Is it because I have too many failed WU (364 or 30%) ?
Do I need to have completed 10 WU in a row ?

Any pointer would be appreciated.

The requirements for receiving the bonus (QRB) is at least 10 WUs returned and to maintain at least an 80% return rate. Without that 80% return rate you do not get the bonus.

Oh so it appears that the return rate is the problem here.

Thank you for your help Joe :)

That is a massively high failure rate  ... If you post logs of some of the failures we might be able to help you stop them.

The most important thing to wonder about is why you have such a high failure rate. Something is definitely wrong.
