I'm having problems with 171.67.108.158 too; and *.157 as well. Clicking on them shows they are not on line at all. *.159 (though I believe that one showed it was on-line, spewing something about what happened in 2012) was also failing to feed my GPU's any work. A download would supposedly start; but nothing was forthcoming, and eventually all 3 GPU jobs would fail since apparently there were no downloads coming from any of these servers.

Please post your log showing your system info and configuration as well as download attempts from the mentioned CPU and GPU Work Servers. Any other WS's that either can be downloaded from successfully or not should also be mentioned.
