Sleep?

Post by tcarp94 »

I just joined FAH today, and I was looking around and couldn't find an answer to the question I had. Will FAH continue to run if I put my laptop to sleep?

No. Sleep suspends all active applications.

It can be worse than that. CPU folding should resume correctly after sleep, but if your laptop has a GPU that can fold, the state is not remembered, so sleep may cause serious problems with any GPU WU in progress at the time.
