I left folding twice and now I'm back but I forgot my name and password to the other two.

I was wondering if you could move them to may latest folding on the stats page ( join them into one )

Points earned by a name and for a team are forever awarded to that name and to that team.

OK I understand that but they will still with that name and team

If you can recall the username and email address you used to get a passkey, entering them into the form will get you the same passkey sent back to that address. The FAQ about points is located here - http://folding.stanford.edu/support/faq/points/passkey/. There is a link on the page to the form used to request a passkey.
