WU Points dropped

WU Points dropped
So I've been folding for a little over a month. I have a passkey for increased points, but over the last couple of days I've noticed I've only been awarded the base point values for completed WUs and am no longer getting the early completion bonus. How do I fix this?

Welcome to the folding support forum.
If you fold under the same name, Murford, then looking at your recent WU returns shows some of them not getting the Quick Return Bonus. Other WU's are getting the QRB. It appears that you are running multiple clients, so the first thing to check is whether you entered your passkey into all of them.
If all of your clients have the passkey entered, I can not see enough different WU's to see if there is a pattern to which ones are getting the QRB versus those not getting it. As a moderator I can check the database only for a list of the last WU returned by each client. If you could post the following, that will help in finding the problem.
1. The first 100 or so lines of the log file from each client showing the client version, hardware setup and folding configuration.
2. A list of a dozen or so WU's your clients have returned and the address of the server they were uploaded to. If you can indicate which did not receive the bonus that would be useful, but not necessary.
