There is no set number for QRB. It varies based on how fast the unit is returned. They want units returned as fast as possible because units that dont get returned or barely make it back in time really slow down the project so quick returns are rewarded much better than slow returns.

Certainly; that's the entire idea of the QRB. I however said "full QRB", i.e. "maximum QRB" if that's clearer or "currently estimated QRB at the time of submission" if that makes more sense [ edit: i.e., the in the log displayed estimated credit at the time of the WORK_ACK from the server. ]

Or, perhaps clearer, just don't refer to anything as "base-credit" at that point: the idea is just to basically always assign the full credit including estimated submission-time QRB, but only add (what is currently) the base-credit NOW to the user's actual points if the user doesn't yet have 10 WUs total, i.e., same as currently. Other than currently the rest would however not be discarded but kept in reserve to be added to the user's balance once (s)he does hit 10 WUs. Or, again, with various tweaks to percentages of former WUs to add to the balance not just for 10 WUs but also 20 WUs and so on.

Whether or not it makes any/much sense depends on the reason why currently QRB is handed out only after 10 WUs total and that I don't know. As a newbie myself it feels odd to in effect "punish" newbies when you'd seemingly want to motivate them instead. I believe my proposed system would do latter better, certainly with the proposed progressive 10 WU, 20 WU and so on scale...

It's not punishment at all. Users get the QRB after 10 workunits and keep the QRB as long as they maintain a 80% rate of successfully returning workunits. This prevents someone from grabbing a bunch of workunits, crashing them, and quickly returning them back to server for bonus points. These kind of point-grabbing schemes may be useful for team competitions, but they are hugely detrimental to the science of F@h, so the QRB makes it advantageous to play the game properly; by awarding users for reliably returning workunits as quickly as possible.
F@h is now the top computing platform on the planet and nothing unites people like a dedicated fight against a common enemy. This virus affects all of us. Lets end it together.

The links provided up top aren't showing my completed projects. Could that be due to the servers being hit with everyone completing projects?

Yes. I'm actually fairly certain that I've lost a few jobs along the way, but we're in any case basically DDoS-ing F@h; it tends to work out, even if some jobs might take up to a few hours to in fact register in your statistics.

Same problem here. CPU points are added, GPU points aren't. Some WU's are more than 24h ago and still not added to my overall score.

Try asking nicely. 99.9% of people in here are volunteers, those who moderate the forums will contact those who maintain the systems if they know the problem. What points have not been added?

Normally it's because there's a disconnect between the work/collection servers and the stats server.
Personally, about a week ago I got a dump of about 2 million points. It would be interesting to know how old the points are but I'm not really worried because the science got done.

There is a known issues with some 164** projects that should resolve itself within the next few days ... when it clears there should be the usual spike of credits as it all catches up.

I may be wrong but you might want to check as the 164** stats issue may now have been solved - Definitely some of the PRCGs I knew about have appear in WU Status :) ... It might still take a little while for them to catch up but watch out for the points spike in the relatively near future :)
