Name not found in Donor list

Post by SnowflakeObsidian »

Hi

My name does not show in donor list.

SnowflakeObsidian
TeamNumber:247426

Why is it not tracking anything?

What to check?

Status is running and green, so I have connection.

The stats system is not behaving properly at present. Have patience, it will be fixed eventually (lower priority than things affecting the science). Experience suggests points will not be lost, only delayed.

Both show up in reports so WUs are getting recorded in the database, the reports from the web site are way behind at this point.

Hi Aingidh and welcome to the forum.

Your workunits have been counted, but the stats system has been under a lot of load from the new users. It's offline for maintenance at the moment and I expect that all the points will show up once it's back up.
F@h is now the top computing platform on the planet and nothing unites people like a dedicated fight against a common enemy. This virus affects all of us. Lets end it together.

Hi Jesse,

thanks for the info! The stats are now there and it seems I did quite some work on my self-founded team when I didn´t know my colleges already formed one. is the a was to delete my team and assign all my work to the current team (242412). Currently only half my WUs show up there. I know it´s not really importsant, but gamification somewhat triggers me ;)

thanks

The is no way to transfer points from one team to another ... You can set you team to your new team and just leave your old one in limbo ... your personal donor stats will show what points you gained for each team ... as to "missing" WUs the stats are still catching up ... please be patient :)
